Because you are alive,
everything is possible.

I believe strongly in using our values as a guide to create more fulfilling, meaningful lives. Below are the values I bring with me into the therapy room.
Compassion
Doing the work in therapy is hard! My hope is not only to be a source of compassion for you, but also for you to be able to extend that kindness to yourself and to others in your life.
Growth and Balance
Our goal in therapy is often to grow into calmer and kinder versions of ourselves. For me, growth goes hand in hand with balance: ensuring that we don’t try to overcorrect, but find a middle ground that feels natural and sustainable.
Teamwork
I see our work together as being part of a team—I’m here to coach you through a challenging time, but you will always be the expert in yourself and your relationship.
Creativity
Maybe we’re working together because what you’re doing isn’t working for you. I use creativity to tailor our time together to be of most use to you, knowing everyone has individual needs and unique strengths. This is not a “one-size-fits-all” space.
Curiosity
Curiosity and openness to the process is crucial to the success of therapy. Together, we’ll explore what got you to this place, with curiosity and without judgement, knowing that the ways we think and act came about for a reason.
Respect and Awareness
We are all impacted by our context, which includes the systems in which we operate and the multiple identities we hold. I am constantly seeking to understand the areas in which I have privilege and it is my goal to try to understand your experience so we can best address your needs.
